Job Description
MFG Pro Developer, Progress, BOM, MFG Pro, Cambridgeshire, An urgent requirement has arisen for an MFG Pro Developer based in Cambridgeshire. The role is to provide MFG Pro and Progress expertise to help deliver a project portfolio supporting IPSD\'s approved programmes around Tier 4, Emerging Markets and Compliance. This particular role will focus primarily on Works Orders and the BOM. Document customisations to MFG/Pro at system level, linking to detailed program documentation and business processes. Provide detailed program documentation for MFG/Pro customisations, where necessary. Provide knowledge transfer and consultancy to team members Participate on Global projects where required.
As per the on-call rota provide out of hours support to all relevant systems and abide by the escalation process. Ensure Peregrine incident queue is viewed on a regular basis and that all calls are updated/resolved in a timely manner following the Peregrine timing rules. Ensure all project handover documentation is up to date and maintained. Attend 121 meetings with supervisor.
Essential Qualifications:
5-10 years MFGPro Knowledge, particularly in the risk areas (eg work orders, BOM)
Essential Attributes:
Excellent Progress knowledge. Customer focused. Knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management
