Job Description
Quality property requires an experienced Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section and train the junior chefs on that section.
This 2 AA Rosette accredited property is currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef who will be able to hit the floor running pushing the pastry section of this popular property forward. Due to the quality of the meals produced in this establishment it is essential that all applicants to this position have previous experience of working within a Rosette accredited property.
The hotel has recently employed a new Head Chef who is hoping to bring in experienced, creative chefs who have plenty of initiative and are able to introduce their own ideas into their dishes.

All applicants to this position should have previously have been a Pastry Chef within a quality property with Rosettes. They should be able to inject their own ideas and teach the junior chefs pastry.
