Pastry Chef - up to £24K, LIVE IN - Suffolk.

This distinctive three star, two rosette hotel seeks an experienced and highly capable Pastry Chef or Senior Chef de Partie Pastry looking to make that next career move

The role:
This establishment is looking for a hard working individual who can remain calm under pressure. Working with excellent, locally sourced produce, you will be working to menus that offer great choice of dishes whilst maintaining value for money.

You will be expected to work with a developing brigade, input ideas into the menu and be able to produce food to a rosette standard, in a busy kitchen. The client has specified that the successful candidate will be strong in all areas of the kitchen and display a fantastic attitude and approach to their work.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality establishments with rosette accredited establishments. Experience of working in a busy kitchen is essential.
