Job Description
A traditional well established, 20 plus bedroom hotel is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie (£15K) to join the brigade.
Working in a team of 4 you will be working in a kitchen creating modern British dishes to a 2 AA rosette standard for the 40 cover restaurant.
Working with fresh locally sourced ingredients you will be creating everything in house from bread to ice creams.
Previous experience at this level is desired, and a rosette background would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have flair and enthusiasm, with a passion about food and an eagerness to learn and progress. Experience with pastry and good all round knowledge of sections is essential. Experience of kitchen management is essential as you will be required to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef.
This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your skills and knowledge as the Head Chef in this property is keen to teach and pass on his knowledge.
