This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and strong Chef De Partie who is looking to gain experience in a prestigious establishment. You will be expected to work within this exceptional brigade and assist in sustaining and improve the fantastic accreditations achieved by this hotel. Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have fine dining experience, with Rosette Experience being particularly advantageous. You should be a highly motivated individual that sets themselves high standards. With a first-rate CV, you should be able to prove that you have commitment, passion and be able to provide excellent references. All candidates must possess NVQ level 1 and 2, with at least 2 years good experience in the industry. Basic food hygiene certificate is essential In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
