Job Description
A magnificent Country House Hotel in Suffolk with just under 20 individually styled bedrooms is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie.
The AA Rosette standard, currently has an 80 cover A la Carte restaurant serves a Modern European cuisine with a twist, however the restaurant is due a refurb and it will be downsizing to 25 covers to allow them to concentrate on Fine Dining. The hotel can also cater for up to 120 covers for a Conference which is served plated. The current menu incorporates many game dishes, which along with the other fresh produce, is sourced locally where possible.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working at a Chef de Partie level, from a rosette background.

Salary £14-16.5K DOE
