Great Hotel Restaurant - Hertfordshire - Chef de Partie Wanted

This fantastic Hertfordshire Hotel housed in a majestic country house surrounded by exquisite grounds has a fantastic restaurant and is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade. This ninety nine bedroom hotel is regionally known for its great service and overall customer satisfaction.

Duties of the Chef de Partie position will include: * Maintaining the establishments excellent standards * Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade * Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef * Monitoring stock * Working to a high standard at all times

The working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidate for this position will be hard working determined individuals. Applicants should possess a sound wealth of experience in rosette standard properties. A hard working attitude and an attention to detail is essential.
