Job Description
This beautiful 3 Star small hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade.
The 100 cover, fine dining restaurant serves a Modern British Cuisine with an Italian twist and has been awarded 2 AA Rosette\'s.
The restaurant currently averages 70/80 covers for lunch & dinner during the week & 150 covers at the weekends.
There is no banqueting at this property!
Using all fresh produce sourced where possible from local farmers markets, to create everything in house, including all desserts, pastries and breads.
You will be working in a very large kitchen, with a great bonnet suite and all modern equipment.
You must have previous experience at this level, Ideally with a 2AA rosette background.
Accommodation is available.
