Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to prove yourself as a Chef de Partie. The already accredited and renowned hotel and its restaurant are looking for someone who is standards driven and can maintain and surpass the reputation it holds.
Contemporary and elegant the 2 AA rosette restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience, with creative menus offering a modern European cuisine. They attract a diverse crowd of foodies all eager to experience the culinary delights available, with fresh produce sourced locally and prepared with love.
Working in a brigade of 4 you must be a team player who can lead train and motivate the brigade. The ideal candidate will be a good strong all rounder with a stable hotel background, ideally a 2AA rosette level.
The ideal candidate will have a Strong pastry background and experience of seafood and fish dishes.
