Job Description
Commis Chef required, all fresh food, Gastro style £11.5-12K + up to 6K tips.
An attractive boutique style pub, with restaurant which is situated near to Milton Keynes is looking to recruit aCommis Chefto complement the brigade.
This is a fast paced environment producing quality, simple, honest food.
The property offers a range of dining areas including a restaurant, a Sun terrace and a private dining room. This is a busy summer establishment that caters for large numbers both inside and out. The property attracts up to 120 covers for lunch and averages 70 for dinner.
You will be working in a fantastic kitchen producing all homemade, fresh food, the menu on offer combines classic gastro fayre with modern brasserie dishes using only the finest freshest ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a fast paced fresh food operation. If you are passionate about food, eager to learn then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take a step from restaurants in to pubs.
Food is served all day however your shifts will be made up of 3 split shifts, 1 early & 1 late per week, and you will receive 2 days off together.
Accommodation is available which will be taken out of your salary.
