My client has a newly created full time position for you to join their Sales team in Ipswich. They are looking for a Sales Specialist that is able to demonstrate a successful, stable sales track record.

The ideal candidate will take pride in themselves, their ability to work to maximise the Group sales and be focused on every level of profit opportunity available to them whilst delivering exceptional levels of professionalism simultaneously in their day to day role. Focused on achieving targets and goals and meeting KPI's you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and show that you are a self motivated, dynamic team player with drive to achieve and plan resulting in outstanding customer satisfaction for the customer base of all ages. You will be able to work to targets and work under pressure with set KPI's. You will be expected to maintain your data and the quality thereof as well as increasing the productivity of the sales team ensuring full use of all resources in order that exceptional customer satisfaction is achieved at all times and on an ongoing basis.

Knowledge of Pinnacle and / or Kerridge CRM is an advantage and use of previous CRM packages essential. The Successful candidate will demonstrate core values that fall in line with Company policy of integrity, honesty, accountability, responsibility and performance. You will be a disciplined person with disciplined thought and execution of your key skills.

You must have solid sales experience within the motor industry.
Salary: Attractive. Basic + Bonus. (Based on KPI and over achievement of targets) OTE: £25,000
