My client requires a Payroll & Administrator assistant; you will need to have had experience of working in a medium size organisation within a HR/Payroll department, as you will be working with a weekly payroll for 300+ employees. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a high degree of numeracy & accurate skills. You will also need to have highly developed administrative skills as this is a varied role and the suitable candidate must be able to switch from one role to another with ease. Excellent attention to detail, ability to work to strict deadlines and able to prioritise workloads and work from initiative with minimal supervision. Full training in running the payroll will be given, along with training as required for other task.
