Do you have experience working within a Customer Service environment? Have you worked towards targets as a team or individually? Do you thrive, working within a sales environment? Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Norwich City Centre.

Your main duties will be to ensure sufficient mortgage & investment leads are generated & to also refer leads for regulated investment & sell general insurance products. You will meet & exceed Customer Service standards & ensure effective administration & full compliance with society requirements.
