Full Description:

A well known Broker in Ipswich is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler.

The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio, build positive relationships with clients and provide technical support for the Account Executives.

Main Duties:

* Agree renewal strategy with Account Executive, establish renewal terms with insurers and co-ordinate the renewal process
* Prepare renewal presentations for submission to the market
* Deliver best possible renewal terms to Account Executive
* Prepare debit notes and policy summaries
* Deal with mid-term adjustments and declaration adjustments
* Build strong relationships and resolve queries with Clients and Insurers

Skills & experience required:

* Understanding of a wide range of Commercial classes of business
* Able to establish professional relationships with clients
* Motivated, proactive and focussed
* Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
