Job Description

Expanding Broking is looking to recruit an additional Senior Commercial Claims Handler.

To be able to work closely with our Client's wide range of Corporate clients you will need to demonstrate an all round claims knowledge from notification to settlement across a range of classes of Insurance.

Our Client has substantial delegated handling facilities to enable them to be in control of a claim to deliver the high level of service they promise to their clients and their reputation is built on.

With experience of the full claims cycle you will be able to advise and guide your clients through all stages from notification to settlement. Importantly you will be able to keep your clients fully informed of progress and work to gain settlement promptly. Also to ensure your customers receive accurate documentation and high levels of service. You will manage a varied portfolio of Commercial and Motor risks for a wide range of clients.

As an enthusiastic and technically knowledgeable Claims professional you will naturally look to find ways to resolve claims promptly and fairly.

You will enjoy working with people and can communicate at all levels in a highly pressured environment and has demonstrated success in a problem solving environment.

You will be a clear and confident communicator who is able to work accurately and effectively while managing your own priorities.
