A recognised and successful Insurance company based in Ipswich are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their busy Downtime Management Unit Team.

As a DMU Handler you will be working as a team to control all administration aspects of the company’s engineering / accident management service and minimising average vehicle downtime. You will be required to liaise with customers to book in repairs and booking in dates whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring that vehicles are booked in on agreed dates and that estimates are received within agreed Service Level guidelines.

Applicants are required to be customer focused and have excellent initiative.
