Job Description
We are currently working with a well established and expanding Ipswich based Broker looking to add a self motivated sales individual to their office based team.
Your role will be to source, research, investigate and make contact with companies and organisations across the UK to find out about their current insurance products and needs. This will be done mainly by cold call but also by internet and media searches for useful Company information.
Dependent on how successful you are in this role, it may lead to you visiting potential Clients to gather information on their offices, staff and talk about the various insurances on offer before booking them an appointment for one of the Commercial Sales team to visit to do a full fact find.
You MUST have previous experience in telesales, cold calling or outbound calling although this doesn't necessarily have to be within insurance. A clear and confident communicator with the ability to overcome objections and produce results would be ideal.
In return you will receive first class training on various insurance products as well as on the in-house systems and the Company ways of business. You will be on a basic salary with a commission structure that will allow you open ended bonuses - so the more productive you are, the more money you will earn.
