The Role
Collections Advisors City Centre Location
Collections Advisors are required to join, our client an international market leading collections and credit management organization based in Glasgow City Centre.
Working in a busy and fast paced environment you will be contacting customers to retrieve consumer debt, working towards targets in a successful team environment
You will provide a quality experience and agree payment plans for customers regarding their personal debt and financial situations

Experience
Previous collections experience is preferable however, not essential
Experience of dealing with complex issues and previous use of negotiation skills required
Experience of working towards targets as a team member and an individual
A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service in an enthusiastic and professional manner
You must be a committed and dedicated individual willing to develop your career in a progressive environment.
LOCATION - Glasgow City Centre
SALARY - £15000 + OTE £21,000 uncapped + incentives on a regular basis such as champagne and Nintendo Wii
HOURS:
2 days 8-2.30pm,
2days 2.30-9pm,
Work every second Friday 8-7pm. Every other off
1 Sat per month 9-3.30pm.
1 Sun every 2 months 10-4pm.
12 remaining hours need to be worked in 3 hour blocks in agreement with team leaders
