TCL/LJ 254821: Our client seeks an Enforcement Officer for an assignment within its Finance & Commercial division.
We are acting for an E London based local authority
The post will be located in Romford, RM1 and will be for 36 hpw, Mon-Fri, 7.00 AM – 8.00 PM. You will work on alternate early and late shift over a 2 week period. The early shift begins 7.00 AM and the late shift ends 8.00 PM. Existing staff work 4 x 9 hours days but there is flexibility.
Mileage is also paid.
This is anticipated to be, initially at least, a 2 to 3 month assignment.
Please note that under a special arrangement we have with a leading umbrella company, temps who elect to get paid under this route will receive, in addition to a higher hourly rate of pay, the following benefits which are not available under PAYE:

Essence of role:
You will be engaged as a Bailiff within the field of Revenues and Benefits.
Candidate requirements (*indicates must be CLEARLY EVIDENT FROM YOUR CV, not just your covering letter, to avoid auto-rejection by client) include:
*Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
*Customer Service orientated
*Administrative skills essential
*Use of own vehicle plus valid UK Driving Licence
UK local authority or other public sector experience advantageous, but not a prerequisite
Any revenues and benefits services related experience a bonus and could usefully be stated on your CV
