Project Quantity Surveyor required with previous experience in either refurbishment or PFI projects. The role is primarily office based, however as and when required you will need to attend site's.
You will work in conjunction with the existing team of Quantity Surveyors and will be required to conduct all general quantity surveying duties with a primary focus upon the financial controls of the developments. Prior experience of handling sub contractors will prove advantageous as this is a key part of the role.
The ideal candidate will be have previously worked on Schools or PFI projects and or will have prior experience working on fit out contracts.
