Working for a growing organisation you will be a crucial part of this growing team.
Developing relationships with corporate clientele. Responsible fort the development of individual business Chane's top 20 clients and supporting other business channels on development drives and marketing initiative where necessary.
Mentoring incoming team members
Attend events of a networking nature and actively participate in the delivery of the events where relevant.
Maximise the database
Engage clients and be prepared to attend meetings which you will either accompany or lead.
Create market awareness of business channels and client needs
Develop a basic technical knowledge of the various streams
Strong Customer Service
Relationship building skills
Ability to identify and qualify clientele
Previous Sales or Account Management experience desirable.
Having IT knowledge would be advantageous
Previous experience in client relations.
Excellent telephone and face to face manner
