THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to analyze and evaluate business needs and requirements. You will be responsible for identifying user requirements and for the production of system specifications. The successful candidate will work closely with business users and IT staff, acting as a consultation and guidance service to system users. Key responsibilities include;
Supporting business users to identify needs/issues and determine requirements
Produce technical specifications
Recommend modifications
Participate in business system proposals and feasibility studies
Responsible for technical documentation of development work and ensure it is timely
System Testing of development
Adhering to audit guidelines around new requirements
EXPERIENCE
Investment banking/fund management experience
Proven track record in business analysis covering at least 3 projects
Solid understanding of development life cycle
Able to read VBA excel and VB6 code
Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
Excellent rapport building skills
