Processes customer orders using computer electronic data interchange (EDI), mail, fax and telephone.
Informs customers regarding product shipping dates, inventory levels, prices, part numbers.....
Accurately enters customer purchase orders into computer system, provides follow-up to customers as required.
Allocate picking and dispatch orders to the shipping team.
Performs daily invoicing.
Excellent planning skills required with the ability to work autonomously. Two years experience in a similar role and Experience of a Customer Service environment Essential. Able to work to tight deadlines and to build and maintain professional relationships with key accounts. Confidence in dealing with all levels of staff. Efficient planner with changing scenarios
Excellent written and spoken communication skills Good organisational and personal relations skills.
Experience in IT and Previous Two Years experience in a customer service environment. Knowledge of a foreign language and manufacturing, ISO 9001 environment an advantage but not essential
