My prestigeous Client based in New Offices in Lowestoft has a vacancy for a CSR within the team.
Duties will include to interpret data onto their bespoke computer package. Liase with Clients and team members regarding claims etc.
Full training is given, although it is a requirement that you must be proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and Emailing. Must have a excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate both orally and written.
It is also a requirement thta you are able to work as part of a close knit team.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with hour for lunch. Overtime is available payable at 1.5 rate.
Positions are temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
