Are you target driven and eager to earn uncapped commission? We need a Sales Consultant, preferably with either travel/leisure experience, to assist a well established team to increase sales and profitability. Office based, the position will mainly involve both inbound and outbound calls, selling over the phone and completing all the administration to confirm the sale.

Daily duties will include;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers.
• Providing prospective customers with suitable and accurate information to assist them in their decision.
• Taking action on customer queries and feedback in the interest of the customer and the operation.
• Ensuring the delivery is to Cutting Edge standards.
• Setting and achieving personal and team financial and performance targets.
• Contributing towards maximising the overall profits of the department through the sales within the department.
• Using effectively all related resources including results of marketing in line with business needs.
• Adhering to the company administration procedures, including monetary transactions.
• Reporting weekly figures to Sales Manager and Administrators.
• Assisting in training and motivating all new and existing team members to meet the needs of the business.
• Attending and contributing in regular team events, team building exercises and incentive programmes.

Basic salary is being offered between £10,000 - £20,000 PA depending on experience. Commission will be target based but the right candidate can expect to earn an OTW of £50,000 + PA.

The position is available to start ASAP.
