The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team responding to Customers insurance needs. An excellent telephone manner is therefore essential to this position and you must be customer focused to succeed.
An element of sales is involved where you will be required to contact new and existing Commercial Clients in order to sell and promote products and services available.
Your duties will involve offering a complete customer care package to clients. You will deal with telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with Clients Commercial insurances. Full training will be given in how to use the computer system and how best to meet all the clients requirements.
The successful applicant must be strongly customer focused and have a confident and friendly telephone manner.
Previous insurance experience is a must.
