Our client is currently recruiting a Technical Administrator. Following the installation of Oracle JDE ERP system, this new position has been created within the Machines Business Unit to carry out a range of technical administrative tasks such that accurate and up to date information is recorded and prepared as required throughout the manufacturing process.
MAIN DUTIES: *Enter new part numbers *Enter Bill of Materials for all orders and keep them updated *Raise requisitions for the Development and Production Teams *Raise Work Orders and manage their status as jobs progress *Enter hours worked in Work Orders
SKILLS: *Knowledge of JDE essential *Previous experience within an engineering environment *Good communication skills and eye for detail. *Self motivated and capable of using own initiative whilst working with a minimum of supervision
HOURS OF WORK: 08.30 to 17.00 hrs Monday to Friday, with half an hour for lunch, although a level of flexibility is expected with regard to actual hours of work.
SALARY: According to experience plus monthly bonus.
