A well known and expanding Company is seeking two experienced Handlers to join their busy and friendly team.
Dealing with all classes including motor, property and non injury liability, you will have the chance to handle varied and interesting claims.

Job Description
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:-
• Making decisions on policy and legal liability for all types of claims excluding personal injury
• Opening new claims, assessing initial estimates and setting in motion appropriate action within 48 hours
• Providing appropriate instructions and liaising with other Staff, Brokers and Service Providers
• Dealing effectively and in a customer friendly way with litigation and fraud cases
• Handling complaints and breaches, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal systems controls.
• Carrying out training and development as necessary.
• Project work, auditing of files and cheque authorisation within laid down guidelines
