My Client is one of the first non mainstream financial lenders in the UK and have been established for over 30 years. Due to recent market change my client now has a stronger footing within the financial industry and is growing from strength to strength, which in turn has created an opening for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) for the Managing Director of the organisation within their Manchester Head Offices.

You would be working as a Personal Assistant (PA) within there Manchester city centre offices offering direct assistance to the Managing director of the company, managing his diary, arranging travel, dealing with confidential documents and acting as a helpful hand whenever needed. Other PA duties include, arranging meetings, setting up telephone conferences, creating presentations using powerpoint, file and data base management, fielding calls to the Managing Director, minute taking and creating reports.

The ideal Personal Assistant/PA will have:

-A proven track record of being a Personal assistant to Director Level or Senior Exeucitve level.

- Previous experience in diary management, travel and accomodation arrangements, and report writing - Proven expeirnece of supporting a team and Senior Management

-Have knowledge of working in the property or finance market (not necessarily as a PA) would be an advantage, however is not essential.

-Be willing to be flexible and accomodate to the business needs and thrive from working to deadlines and pressure.

-Have an organised and a methodical approach to work and build proffessional and personable rapport with all clients and internal departments.
