Retentions Executive - £14,000 - Wythenshawe
Salary - £14,000 and discretionary annual bonus
Working in a team of 10-15 people, dealing with customers with contractual issues and/or wishing to cancel their services. Calls are both inbound and outbound. An excellent understanding of all issues including customer services, faults and credit control will be required in order to help resolve outstanding problems. Must be a good negotiator with highly persuasive skills, self motivated and used to working in a target driven environment.
This rapidly growing Telecommunications Company based in Northenden, Manchester are looking for career minded candidates who excellent customer service skills due to huge growth within the last 12 months and an increase in customer base a need has arose for Retentions Advisors to deal with the increase in queries.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location - Northenden, Manchester, M22 4SY
Skills required - Minimum of 6 months customer service experience in call centre and collections experience.
