Our client is a local recruiter placing candidates in permanent jobs. They are currently looking for a proactive Key Account Consultants to establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with local employers.
This involves being responsible for identifying employers with recruitment opportunities which match the skills, experience and aspirations of the job seekers you’re working on behalf of. You will be allocated a particular region and working towards predetermined targets.
You will have relevant previous experience of account development ideally within recruitment/ employment field and of working in a targeted environment. You will also be flexible, have good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and withhold a good knowledge of sales, marketing and promotion approaches.
It is essential you possess a positive attitude to disability, health and employment problems. A good understanding of the local/national labour market, employment issues, welfare benefits and experience in working with disabled or disadvantaged groups would be advantageous.
