Full Description:
Our client is one of the UK’s leaders in their field, founded in 1980. Their Head Office is in Norwich and the also have 11 operations in the UK and 1 in France. Due to huge success they’re growing rapidly and now require a Sales Manager to lead an already thriving and expanding team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be assisting with programming new procedures and looking at re-structuring the current sales process. Coaching the sales team and being their first point of contact will be a fundamental part of the role as will deputising for the Director in her absence. Day to day duties will include;
• Managing the sales team members file
• Assisting with recruitment of new members of staff and development of current members
• Initially designing and delivering new targets and KPI’s
• Ensuring company guidelines are adhered to in all aspects
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is of the highest standard and all queries are dealt with quickly and professionally
• Prepare and present daily meetings with clear objectives and goals for the day ahead
• Awareness of individuals performance and assessment of such
• Project work as and when required

The position would suit applicants who come from a strong travel or educational background, have telesales experience and project management experience. It will require initiative and self motivation and be suitable for someone who has the drive and ambition to do well.
This role is on a 45 weeks a year basis, which means that the successful candidates will not be required to work during the Easter or Christmas holidays and will also have 4 weeks off during the school summer holidays.
The hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday although some flexibility will be required.
Salary is being offered at around £18,000 PA with an OTE of £25,000 PA including bonus’s.
