Our client is a fast growing, fast paced international media company with offices in America and in the UK. The swanky Norwich office is targeting the American markets and our client is looking for several List Generators, preferably experienced, to take this new division to new heights.
Individuals will be required to liaise and sell via telephone with board level directors and senior management in both the UK and the USA. Due to the International time difference, the shift pattern will run 1pm – 10pm Monday – Thursday and 1pm – 6pm Friday. The right candidates will have excellent communication skills, work ethic and the desire required to earn in excess of £30,000 OTE + PA.
Basic salary is offered between £15,000 - £20,000 PA + Commission. Holiday is 20 days PA with 2 days being taken at Christmas + Bank Holidays. Bonus’ are offered and can include trips to the US when targets are hit.
The role requires an enthusiastic and motivated salesperson who wants to make their mark on the company by improving and maximising the company’s performance. Excellent client relation will be required as rapport building is vital to success in this role. In addition, good project management and organisational skills will be beneficial.
