Part Time Call Centre Agents are required to work in an inbound call centre near to Norwich Airport in a Customer Service Advisor role. You will be the 1st point of contact with all customers when dealing with general enquires to complaints, advising on products available as well as arranging for your colleagues to visit. There is also potential to earn up to £150 - £200 per month as well as employee incentives and overtime hours. Ideally you will have experience of working in a call centre or hold exceptional Customer Service skills. Mondqay - Friday 10am-2pm there will be flexibility with these hours.
