An In Work Support Adviser is required for a ‘back to work agency’ in Norwich aimed at enabling disabled and disadvantaged people to achieve their potential in work opportunities. You will provide a service to clients in employment through regular telephone contact, face to face visits, mentoring, job coaching and in depth support in order to progress clients into sustained employment. You will also participate in case conferences carry out work place Health & Safety assessments and all clients have development plans which are timely & effective. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within recruitment/training and will be willing to travel inside the designated area.
