A Key Account Consultant is required for a ‘back to work agency’ in Norwich aimed at enabling disabled and disadvantaged people to achieve their potential in work opportunities. You will be required to proactively seek out employers with volume opportunities and match to your clients’ skills and aspirations. You will also establish, develop & maintain an in depth knowledge of the local labour market, current benefit systems and entitlements. The ideal candidate will be from a Sales/Business Development background and will be able to maintain existing relationships whilst actively promoting the company around the region.
