Our client seeks a Marketing Assistant to work in a busy office environment. Your duties will include;
- Marketing administration
- Organising mailshots
- Managing marketing initiatives and follow up leads
- Co - ordinating conferences/exhibitions, bookings shipment of materials etc
- Responsible for website updates/usage and ensuring search engine optimisation
- Liaising with external suppliers
- To develop marketing processes to ensure consitency of both businesses
- To seek ways of improving how the marketing processes operate and look for opportunites to do things more effectively
- Research and implement solutions to problem solving within the marketing process
- Support the Managing Director and Senior Consultants with other business projects
- Support implementation/CRM programme
Hours are 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch and 25 days holiday.
